Annual Registration Fee
The annual registration fee is a $40 household fee that renews once a year close to the time of your initial registration. This fee covers the entire household, including siblings or additional family members.

You will receive a courtesy reminder the month before your annual registration fee is scheduled to process.

The registration fee may process on an alternate date than your regularly scheduled auto-pay date. (Ex: if your auto-pay is scheduled for the 1st of the month, but you initially registered for lessons on the 15th of the month the year prior, it will process the payment on the renewal date of the 15th).

What does the registration fee go towards?
Our registration fees support several essential areas of our music school’s operations. These fees help fund multiple showcase and performance opportunities for our students, all of which are offered at no additional cost and do not require ticket purchases.
In addition, registration fees allow us to maintain fully staffed front desk support during all operating hours, providing consistent customer service as well as added security for student check-in and check-out. The fees also contribute to the ongoing maintenance of our facilities and music equipment.
The annual registration fee is supportive in helping us maintain a safe, professional, and high-quality learning environment for our students and families.
What happens if I discontinue after paying the registration fee and decide to re-enroll later?
If you discontinue lessons after paying the annual registration fee and return before the next annual due date, no additional fee is required. Your household registration fee will continue on its normal annual schedule. If you return after more than 12 months have passed since your last registration payment, the registration fee will be due at the time of enrollment.
