Office Manager
Part-Time

Hours: Option 1: 24hrs a week / Monday thru Thursday 1:30pm-6:30pm, Friday 2:00pm-6pm
Option 2: 15hrs a week / Tuesday thru Thursday 1:30pm-6:30pm
*Please note: there are two schedule options available for this position based on applicants work needs and availability. ​

Pay: Starting at $25/hour minimum; compensation increases based on qualifications and experience.
Job Description: Provide administrative support to the studio and office administrator, ensuring an overall smooth running of daily office operations; projecting a warm, professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
The following duties are included in the office manager role on a daily and/or monthly basis:

Managing teacher and student lesson scheduling

General clerical support

Email, phone and SMS correspondence with clients

Onboarding new student registrations and answering inquiries
-
Managing student/parent/teacher relations

Receiving, logging and maintaining monthly tuition payments

Maintain basic inventory of music books and kitchen/office supplies

Assist in light cleaning of common areas
(waiting area, bathroom, staff room) -
Help support showcases administratively

Piano and/or Guitar Teacher
Part-Time

Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays. The number of teaching days will be determined based on the candidate’s availability and studio needs. Instructors may select from one to three teaching days per week.
Pay: Starting at $34/hour minimum; compensation increases based on qualifications and experience.
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Piano Instructor to provide part-time, one-on-one instruction to students ranging in age from 5 years old through adult. Additional proficiency in a secondary instrument is welcomed but not required.
Requirements:

Strong musicianship with solid performance experience in piano and/or your primary instrument.

Confidence teaching students ages 5 through adult in a one-on-one setting.

Formal music training or certification is a preferred but not required.

Previous teaching experience is preferred.

Ability to teach worship music for students in our worship platform program, along with a variety of other styles and genres is preferred but not required.
